I needed a plumber in Trenton right away. I called a number of them that I found on line. Arthur was the only one to return my call promptly. When he arrived he was ready to go to work. He explained how he was going to fix my problem. He explained how he charges and about how much it was going to cost. His estimate was accurate and he worked steadily until he was finished. It was so refreshing to have a profession tradesman do the job well without hassles. Arthur is hard working, honest and friendly. It is obvious that he care about helping people. Wow! Blown away at the customer experience side. I placed a call on a Thanksgiving holiday week, it was after hours, and from a number anyone would easily let go to voicemail. I was shocked at a live person answering AND actually listening to my kitchen faucet repair horror story. Boy, had I royally screwed up my DIY attempts. LOL. Not only did Arthur answer my call, he gave me An Immediate response and a plan of attack. He communicated thru pictures and videos I sent. Just blown away! Who does that? He showed up the next day, trust me…he cut into his already busy holiday schedule and late night family visits for this, and just such amazing work ethics. He also Informed me every step of the way and gave me much needed support and guidance. I’ll be using this company for all my plumbing needs. Honest, integral and efficient. Rare combination to find.

Couldn't get a hot water heater to light after replacing the thermocouple and gave em a call. Arthur was very quick to come by after the work day was done (I called after I had gotten off at 5) and he came right over. Found the problem and had the water heating back up as he was giving a recommendation on a replacement as ours is at that point. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

I contacted Arthur for a possible leaky pipe. When he arrived he introduced him self. I took him to see where the problem was coming from. He saw that he needed to tear some more ceiling down, so before he did, he asked me if that would be ok. He found the leak, repaired it, and tested the system. It took him no time all.
