We are the Embry Family and we are here to serve our community. Our motto is simple and straight to the point. We believe it explains the purposes of our mission; To love & serve our neighbors in the way Jesus Christ has called us to.
What does this have to do with you being a plumber? Well, I suppose this has very little to do with me being a plumber, but, it has everything to do with HOW and WHY we do this.
When I started this trade almost a decade ago I didn't know the impact it would have. For starters, I had no idea how much stuff I would need to know to do this job well! Believe it, or not, there is actually a complex science to it. Every building is different, no two customers want the exact same system, and there are many ways you could fix a single problem. This is why when we are talking to a customer we provide multiple options. "This is your house. This is your business. Here are a few different ways we can do this; What is YOUR ultimate goal when I get done?"
Above all of that, though, what I didn't know in the beginning that has impacted me the most is the huge amount of people I would get to meet. I've met prominent politicians, musicians, teachers, business owners, 1st generation immigrants, the list just goes on and on. Some of these people have become my friends and some of them I've never heard from again. You know what, though? At the end of the day we are all people who are sought after by GOD.
When my wife and I started this business we built it upon our faith in Jesus Christ and our desire to just be a positive moment in the lives of those around us. Sometimes that looks like a repaired waterline on a Friday evening, and other times we get the opportunity to spend more time talking with a customer than we do working for them. Relationship is what this is all about.
